救必应提取物生产工艺研究

Study on Production Process of Iron Holly Bark Extract

为了确定救必应提取物的最佳提取工艺,以救必应药材为原料,乙醇为溶剂,在单因素试验的基础上设计正交试验,以长梗冬青苷含量、紫丁香苷含量和收膏率为考察指标,采用综合评价法确定救必应提取物的最佳工艺。最佳工艺放大至中试生产,验证重现性与合理性。救必应提取物的最佳生产工艺为乙醇浓度40%,提取时间3 h,提取3次。

In order to study the best extraction process of iron holly bark, the iron holly bark was used as material, the ethanol was used as solvent, and the orthogonal test was designed on the basis of single factor experiment.The production process was optimized by the multi index comprehensive scoring method with the content of pedunculoside, syringoside and the yield of ointment as detective indexes.The best process was enlarged to pilot production to verify the reproducibility and rationality of the process.The optimal extraction technology of iron holly bark was ethanol concentration of 40% and extraction time of 3 h for 3 times.
