摘要
研究了傅立叶红外仪对有机硅材料乙烯基硅油中的乙烯基基团的定性和定量分析。本文以经典的化学滴定测试数据为基础,采用偏最小二乘法的理论基础,建立了有机硅材料中乙烯基的数学模型,通过对特征波段的选择和优化,利用建立的数学模型得出样品中的乙烯基含量。此方法与经典化学滴定相比,具有操作简单,数据稳定,重复性好的的特点,节约了大量的人力物力,可以实现简单的中控分析。
Qualitative and quantitative analysis of vinyl groups in organosilicon materials by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was studied.Based on the classical chemical titration test data and the theory of partial least squares method, a mathematical model of vinyl in silicone materials was established.By selecting and optimizing the characteristic band, the content of vinyl in samples was obtained by using the established mathematical model.Compared with the classical chemical titration, this method had the characteristics of simple operation, stable data and good repeatability.It saved a lot of manpower and material resources and can realize simple centralized analysis.
