从葡萄籽中提取白藜芦醇的教学实验设计 被引量:2

摘要 以乙醇作为溶剂,从葡萄籽中提取白藜芦醇。以白藜芦醇的提取率为指标,利用正交实验法探究了提取时间、料液比、提取温度、酒精浓度对实验的影响,从而确定最佳工艺条件;还探究了白藜芦醇的基本性质。结果表明,白藜芦醇的最佳提取条件为:提取时间为4 h,温度为140℃,料液比为1∶12,酒精浓度为90%,此时白藜芦醇的提取率为3. 13%。白藜芦醇为碱性物质,见光易分解,和三氯化铁有显色反应。此方法操作简单,易量化生产。 Resveratrol is extracted from grape seed with ethanol as solvent.By using the extraction rate of resveratrol as the index, we can know the optimum technological conditions with the help of the orthogonal test.The extraction time, ratio of material to liquid, extraction temperature and the ethanol concentration were optimized.Meanwhile, the nature of the resveratrol was also studied.The optimum technological conditions were as follows: the extraction time was 4 h, extraction temperature was 140 ℃, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:12, and concentration of ethanol was 90%. Under these optimal conditions, the extraction rate of resveratrol was determined as 3.13%.It was also uncovered that the resveratrol was alkaline, which can be easily decomposed under light, and had a chromogenic reaction with ferric chloride.In general, the method mentioned in the research was simple and easy handling.
