浅论“实培计划”对本科生双创能力培养的重要性

Primary Discussion on Importance of “Practical Training Program” in Cultivation of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability of Undergraduate Students

"实培计划"作为北京市教委高水平人才交叉培养计划的重要组成部分,近年来受到了北京市属高校以及北京地区本科院校的高度重视。中国地质大学(北京)近年来也积极参与了"实培计划"子项目——"大学生毕业设计(创业类)支持计划"的申报与实施。以材料化学专业2017级本科生参与"实培计划"的实践为例,讨论了"实培计划"在材料化学专业本科生创新、创业能力培养方面的重要性,并对未来如何更有效地实施"实培计划"提出了建议与展望。

As an important part of the high-level talent cross-training plan of Beijing Education Commission, the “practical training program”has been paid great attention by the colleges and universities in Beijing area in recent years. Recently, China University of Geosciences (Beijing) has also attended the application and implementation of the subproject “graduate design (entrepreneurship) support program”of “practical training program”.The importance of “practical training plan”in the innovation and entrepreneurial ability training of undergraduates majoring in Material Chemistry was discussed based on the practice of 2017 undergraduate students.Some suggestions and prospects on how to carry out the “practical training plan”more effectively in the future were proposed.
