摘要
以药学专业为例,分析高校应用型人才培养的主要问题,如专业限制使学生学习兴趣下降;学校"吃大锅饭"式培养导致培养质量下降;传统课程重理论、轻实践,学生创新动力不足。基于分类培养和课程模块,从分类培养模式、课程模块化整合、课程实践整合、技术升级四个方面提出构建"一人一专"人才培养的模式,即大一施行通识培养,大二开始分类培养,大三、大四开始"一人一专"技术培训,为应用型人才培养提供新的思路。
Taking pharmacy as an example, the main problems of the applied talents'training in colleges and universities were analyzed as follows: the restriction of specialties choice reduced college students'learning interest, the training mode of “eating a big pot”aroused a decline of talents'quality, traditional curriculum overemphasized the theory and ignored the practice, which led to the lack of college students'innovation motivation.Based on the classification training and curriculum module, the model of “one student, one specialty”training was proposed including four aspects of the classification training mode, the integration of curriculum modularization, the integration of the curriculum practice and the upgrading of applied technologies.That was general education for the freshman, classified culture for the sophomore,“one student, one specialty”training for the junior and senior, which may offer new ideas for talents'training.
