摘要
高效液相色谱实验课是高等院校分析类教学的必修课之一,实验教学用到的高效液相色谱法是高等院校在科研和学生实验中常用的一种分析方法。本文通过高效液相色谱各部件的组成,提出了一些常见问题以及加强仪器应用以及日常管理与维护的措施,为高等院校精密贵重仪器的日常维持,提高使用率,降低维修率,延长使用寿命,以及教学和科研做好充分的后勤保障。
