中职学校专业结构动态调整机制研究——以河北省迁安市职教中心为例

Research on the Adjustment Mechanism of the Professional Structure of Secondary Vocational Schools——Take Qian'an Vocational Education Center as an Example

分析近五年迁安市职教中心专业结构与迁安市产业结构的对接情况,发现迁安市职教中心专业结构、新生规模与产业结构的吻合度较低、偏离度较大,存在第一产业人才培养缺失、第三产业人才培养匮乏、第二产业人才培养过剩的状况。提升迁安市职教中心服务区域经济发展的能力,需要开设第一产业相关专业,改革第二产业相关专业,增设第二产业相关专业。实现中职学校专业结构随产业发展的动态调整,需要构建政府宏观调控机制、学校内部主导机制以及三方协同治理机制。

By analyzing the connection between the professional structure of Qian’an Vocational Education Center and the industrial structure of Qian’an City in the past five years, this research found that the matching degree of professional structure, freshman scale and industrial structure of Qian’an Vocational Education Center is relatively low, and the deviation is large, and existing the condition that the lack of talent training in the primary industry and talent training in the tertiary industry, and the over-training of talents in the secondary industry. To improve the ability of the Qian'an Vocational Education Center to serve regional economic development, it is necessary to open related majors about the primary industry, reform related majors about the secondary industry, and add related majors in the secondary industry. To realize the dynamic adjustment of the professional structure of secondary vocational schools with the development of the industry, it is necessary to construct macro- control mechanism on the government level, the school-dominant leading mechanism and the tripartite collaborative governance mechanism.
