摘要
随着我国职业教育的开展,职业教育的国际化越来越多的被应用于我国高职院校的人才培养中,但目前对于高职院校国际化的程度的评价还不完善,为研究各高职院校国际化人才培养国际化的程度,便于对比分析扬长避短,提高我国高职院校人才培养的国际化水平,在对国际化人才的能力要求进行研究的基础上,得出国际化人才培养质量的影响因素,在此基础上,提出了师资结构、学生构成、教学影响及中外合作办学四个一级指标及十二个二级指标,对各指标的意义及作用进行了分析。研究的相关结论对于提高高职院校人才培养国际化的水平具有一定的现实意义。
Along with the development of our country's high vocational college,the higher vocational education internationalization has been more and more used in our personal training. But the degree of internationalization is not perfect in our country presently. In order to study the degree of internationalization in our country's higher vocational education,increased our country's higher vocational education internationalization degree,the author obtained the influence factor of internationalization personal training quality. Based on these factors the author put forward four first level index,such as teacher structure,student composition,teaching influence and Sino foreign cooperation in running schools and twelve second level index,and analyzed the signification and function of index. Study results have some realistic signification on improving the internationalization level of higher vocational college.
