摘要
描述日本科学教师教育在职前教育和在职教育方面的历史发展,研究日本科学教师教育的系统性变化和教师专业学习文化。通过对日本科学教师教育制度和职业文化的分析,阐述了科学教师教育的总体特征。在世界范围内,教育学知识与内容知识之间存在着整合与平衡的冲突,这一问题是历史和社会文化对中学科学教师理想模式的一种失落感。基于历史和国际的角度,不应该忽视科学教师传统积累的智慧和专业知识,它识别关键专业学习共同体角色扮演,帮助未来的教师成为专业科学教师。
The purpose of this paper is to describe the historical development of science teacher education in pre-service and in-service education in Japan with a focus on the systemic changes and teachers'professional learning culture.The characteristics of science teacher education generally are elucidated through an analysis of the system and professional culture across time in Japan.There is a conflict regarding the integration and balance between pedagogical and content knowledge across the world.The author identified this problem as a negative result in the perspective of history and socio-culture regarding the ideal model of secondary school science teachers.In the conclusion,the author argues,based on the historical and international perspectives,that we should not ignore science teachers'traditionally accumulated wisdom and expertise,and that it is critical to identify the role that the professional learning community plays role in aiding prospective teachers to become expert science teachers.
