摘要 目的分析探讨医用诊断X射线影像设备性能检测结果。方法用Barracuda X射线输出评估装置,并按照我国已有标准,检测26台透视设备和120台摄影设备,并分析检测结果。结果 26台X射线透视检出合格率92.31%(24/26)高于X射线摄影设备检出合格率80.83%(97/120)。X射线摄影设备包含11个项目,其中检出合格率最高的为输出量重复性、自动照射量控制重复性、自动照射量控制响应。X射线透视检查共5个项目,检出合格率最高为空间分辨力、透视受检者入射体表空气比释动能率典型值。结论摄影设备合格率低于透视设备合格率,医院必要设备之一则为医用X射线诊断设备,定期检测X射线影响设备性能状况具有必要性,以利于疾病诊治。 Objective To discuss the test results of performance of medical diagnostic X-ray imaging equipment.Methods The device were evaluated by the X-ray output with Barracuda,and according to the existing standards in China,26 perspective devices and 120 photographic devices were tested,and the test results were analyzed.Results The qualified rate of 26 X-ray fluoroscopes was 92.31%(24/26),which was higher than that the qualified rate of X-ray photography equipment of 80.83%(97/120).The X-ray photography equipment included 11 items,which the highest qualified rate was output repeatability,automatic exposure control repeatability and automatic exposure control response.The X-ray fluoroscopy included five items,and the highest qualified rate was the typical value of spatial resolution and specific kinetic energy of air on the surface of the fluoroscopy subject.Conclusion The qualified rate of photographic equipment is lower than that of fluoroscopy equipment.One of the necessary equipment in hospital is medical X-ray diagnostic equipment.It is necessary to regularly detect the influence of X-ray on the performance of equipment in order to facilitate the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
