目的将设计的多学科安全核查体系应用于临床,评估应用效果,结合实际,优化体系内容,促进体系PDCA循环,有利于医疗质量精细化管理内涵的提升。方法采用自身前后对照的方法,评估各项安全核查表单执行率、差错事故发生例数、非计划再次手术例数、患者满意度等几项指标近三年变化情况,逐年分析体系执行效果。结果临床多学科安全核查体系能有效降低医疗不良事件的发生率,减少非计划再手术发生例数,提高患者满意度。结论临床多学科安全核查体系是一套具有临床医疗质量与安全管理指导价值且科学可行的管理工具,它能加强全面医疗质量管理,保障医疗安全环境。

Objective To apply the designed multidisciplinary safety verification system to clinic,evaluate the application effect,optimize the content of the system,promote the circulation of system PDCA,and improve the connotation of fine management of medical quality.Methods The implementation rate of various safety check forms,the number of accidents,the number of unplanned reoperation cases,and the patient satisfaction were evaluated by using the method of comparison between before and after,and the effect of the system was analyzed year by year.Results The clinical multidisciplinary safety verification system can effectively reduce the incidence of medical adverse events,reduce the number of unplanned reoperation cases,and improve patient satisfaction.Conclusion The clinical multidisciplinary safety verification system is a scientific and feasible management tool with the guiding value of clinical medical quality and safety management.It can strengthen the overall medical quality management and ensure the medical safety environment.
