摘要
目的调查住院医师规范化培训经费投入现状。方法选取2016年10月—2018年10月某院156例住院医师作为研究对象,统计分析住院医师规范化培训经费投入现状。结果通过调查发现,薪酬满意度为41.94%;培训与考核经费满意度为72.90%;基本设施的满意度为67.74%,医德教育培训满意度为56.13%。结论加大住院医师待遇、培训与考核经费、基本设施、医德教育培训的经费投入,可保证住院医师对规范化培训的满意度,从而提高其培训积极性,以增强住院医师的自身综合素质及社会竞争力。
Objective To investigate the current situation of the investment in standardized training for residents.Methods 156 residents in a hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects,and the current situation of the investment in standardized training for residents was analyzed.Results According to the survey,their salary satisfaction was 41.94%,training and assessment funds satisfaction was 72.90%,infrastructure satisfaction was 67.74%,medical ethics education training satisfaction was 56.13%.Conclusion Increasing the subsidy for resident treatment,training and assessment funds,basic facilities,and medical ethics education training can ensure the satisfaction of residents in standardized training,thereby improving their enthusiasm for training,so as to enhance the comprehensive quality and social competitiveness of residents.
