胃肠镜在体检者中的应用价值探讨

Application Value of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy in Physical Examination

目的了解胃肠镜在体检者中的应用价值。方法选择我院2017年4月—2018年1月的80例体检者,随机分组,对照组给予常规的检查,胃肠镜组进行了常规的检查+胃肠镜检查。比较两组对体检结果满意的人数;体检中体检者的配合程度、体检的时间;胃肠疾病的检出率以及体检者实际患病情况的符合度。结果胃肠镜组对体检结果满意的人数、胃肠疾病的检出率以及体检者实际患病情况的符合度优于对照组,P <0.05。胃肠镜组体检中体检者的配合程度低于对照组,体检的时间长于对照组,P <0.05。结论体检者实施常规的检查+胃肠镜检查可获得良好效果,虽然检查时间延长,体检者配合度不足,但可获得更准确的效果。

Objective To understand the application value of gastrointestinal endoscopy in physical examination.Methods 80 cases of physical examination in our hospital from April 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine examination,and the gastrointestinal endoscopy group was given routine examination plus gastrointestinal endoscopy.The number of people who were satisfied with the results of health check-up,the degree of cooperation and the time of health check-up,the detection rate of gastrointestinal diseases and the conformity of the actual illness of the examinees was compared.Results Compared with the control group,gastrointestinal endoscopy group had an advantage in the number of people satisfied with the results of health examination,the detection rate of gastrointestinal diseases and the coincidence degree of the actual illness of the examinees,P<0.05.In the gastrointestinal endoscopy group,the cooperation degree of the physical examinees was lower than that of the control group,and the time of physical examination was longer than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Routine examination plus gastrointestinal endoscopy can achieve good results for health examinees.Although the examination time is prolonged and the degree of cooperation of the examinees is insufficient,more accurate results can be obtained.
