尘肺病合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病的运动康复治疗

Study on Exercise Rehabilitation Treatment of Pneumoconiosis Complicated With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的研究尘肺病合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行运动康复治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院于2017年1—12月收治的13例尘肺病合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,对其实施运动康复治疗干预,评估运动康复治疗方法的临床应用效果。结果统计本组患者治疗前后的肺功能数据变化情况,治疗后明显优于治疗前(P <0.05);统计本组13例患者治疗后的体能变化情况,治疗后明显优于治疗前(P <0.05)。结论运动康复治疗方法在尘肺病合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床治疗中发挥着作用,能够有效改善患者的肺功能水平,增强患者体能。

Objective To study the clinical effect of exercise rehabilitation treatment of pneumoconiosis complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 13 patients with pneumoconiosis complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected from January to December 2017 to carry out exercise rehabilitation treatment and the clinical effect of exercise rehabilitation treatment was evaluated.Results The changes of pulmonary function before and after treatment were better than those before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the changes of physical ability after treatment in 13 patients were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise rehabilitation therapy plays an important role in the clinical treatment of pneumoconiosis combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.It can effectively improve the level of pulmonary function and enhance the physical fitness of patients.
