术中自体血回输的临床病例资料回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of Clinical Case Data of Intraoperative Autologous Blood Transfusion

目的回顾性分析术中自体血回输的临床病例资料。方法纳入我院88例手术治疗患者。根据不同输血方法分组,异体血输血组采取常规方法治疗,自体血回输组则采取术中自体血回输治疗。比较治疗效果。结果自体血回输组回输血量、术后引流量以及住院时间比异体血输血组更好,P <0.05。自体血回输组凝血功能指标和异体血输血组差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05。自体血回输组自体血回输组下肢深静脉血栓发生率、切口感染发生率和异体血输血组比较差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05。结论术中自体血回输治疗术中自体血回输的效果理想。

Objective To investigate the clinical data of intraoperative autologous blood transfusion.Methods 88 patients with surgical treatment were enrolled in our hospital.According to different blood transfusion methods,the allogeneic blood transfusion group was treated with conventional methods,and the autologous blood transfusion group was treated with intraoperative autologous blood transfusion.The therapeutic effects were compared.Results The blood transfusion volume,postoperative drainage,and hospitalization time were better in the autologous blood transfusion group than in the allogeneic blood transfusion group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference between the autologous blood transfusion group and the allogeneic blood transfusion group,P>0.05.There was no significant difference in the incidence of deep venous thrombosis,incidence of wound infection and allogeneic blood transfusion in the autologous blood transfusion group,P>0.05.Conclusion The effect of autologous blood transfusion during intraoperative autologous blood transfusion is ideal.
