人工股骨头置换术在老年股骨颈骨折中的应用

Application of Artificial Femoral Head Replacement in the Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture in the Elderly

目的探讨人工股骨头置换术在老年股骨颈骨折中的应用价值。方法选取100例股骨颈骨折老年患者按照随机数字表达法将其分为观察组(50例)与参考组(50例)。观察组实施人工股骨头置换术,参考组实施全髋关节置换术,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组手术时间、术后住院时间明显短于参考组,患者术中出血量明显少于参考组(P <0.05);观察组、参考组远期并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组、参考组髋关节Harris评分、生活质量(SF-36)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折效果确切,能够作为一种安全有效地治疗方式在临床使用。

Objective To explore the value of artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly.Methods 100 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases)and reference group(50 cases).Artificial femoral head replacement and total hip arthroplasty were performed in the two groups.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results The operation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the reference group,and the blood volume in the operation group was significantly less than that in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in long-term complications between the observation group and the reference group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in Harris score and SF-36 score between the observation group and the reference group(P>0.05).Conclusion Artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly is effective,it can be used as a safe and effective treatment in clinical practice.
