阿奇霉素与左氧氟沙星治疗慢性支气管炎的效果

The Effect of Azithromycin and Levofloxacin in the Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis

目的分析阿奇霉素与左氧氟沙星联合治疗慢性支气管炎的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月—2018年10月我院收治的80例慢性支气管炎患者作为研究对象。按照盲选方法,将所有研究对象分为对照组(40例)和治疗组(40例)。对照组单纯给予阿奇霉素治疗,治疗组则给予阿奇霉素与左氧氟沙星联合治疗,记录两组患者的症状缓解时间,评估临床疗效,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者的咳嗽、发热及呼吸困难症状缓解时间均短于对照组,治疗组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性支气管炎,安全有效。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods 80 patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the blind selection method,all the subjects were divided into control group(40 cases)and treatment group(40 cases).The control group was treated with azithromycin only.The treatment group was treated with azithromycin and levofloxacin.The remission time of symptoms was recorded,the clinical efficacy was evaluated,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was observed.Results The relief time of cough,fever and dyspnea symptoms in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the treatment efficiency in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic bronchitis is safe and effective.
