探讨慢性HBV感染者外周血iNKT细胞水平变化

Clinical Study on the Changes of iNKT Cell Level in Peripheral Blood of Patients With Chronic HBV Infection

目的探讨慢性HBV感染者外周血i NKT细胞水平变化。方法选取2015年1月—2018年9月我院收治的确诊为慢性HBV感染者48例,分别处于免疫耐受期(13例)和免疫清除期(35例),另选取同期在我院的正常体检人群39例,采用流式细胞术检测iNKT细胞占T细胞的比例,经过PAM、BFA等处理后,检测i NKT分泌的TNF-γ和TNF-α水平。结果耐受期组和清除期组患者i NKT细胞占CD3^+T细胞的比例低于正常体检组,耐受期组患者的iNKT细胞占CD3+^+细胞的比例高于正常体检组(P> 0.05),清除期组患者iNKT细胞占CD3^+T细胞的比例低于耐受期组和正常体检组;耐受期组患者比例高于清除期组和正常体检组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论慢性HBV感染患者机体可通过iNKT细胞分泌的IFN-γ和TNF-α来抑制HBV的复制过程,感染过程中外周血i NKT细胞有所数量减少。

Objective To investigate the changes of iNKT cells in peripheral blood of patients with chronic HBV infection.Methods From January 2015 to September 2018,48 cases of chronic HBV infection were diagnosed in our hospital.They were in immune tolerance(13 cases)and immune clearance(35 cases).39 patients with normal physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected.Results The proportion of iNKT cells in CD3^+T cells in tolerance group and clearance group was lower than that in normal physical examination group,and the proportion of iNKT cells in CD3^+T cells in tolerance group was higher than that in normal physical examination group(P>0.05).The proportion of iNKT cells in CD3^+T cells in the clearance group was lower than that in the tolerance group and the normal physical examination group,and the proportion in the tolerance group was higher than that in the clearance group and the normal physical examination group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with chronic HBV infection,the body can inhibit the replication of HBV by IFN-gamma and TNF-alpha secreted by iNKT cells.The number of iNKT cells in peripheral blood decreases during the infection.
