加速康复外科在全子宫切除手术的应用

Application of ERAS in Total Hysterectomy

目的观察加速康复外科(ERAS)在全子宫切除术中的临床价值。方法选取我院2017年3月—2018年3月收治的86例行全子宫切除术的患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组各43例。观察组给予加速康复外科处理,对照组给予传统围手术期干预。结果观察组患者的平均手术时间、术中出血量,与对照组比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。观察组术后首次肛门排气时间、术后镇痛评分、住院时间以及住院费用均优于对照组,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ERAS应用于全子宫切除术效果理想。

Objective To observe the clinical value of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)in total hysterectomy.Methods 86 patients who underwent total hysterectomy in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with accelerated rehabilitation surgery.The control group was given traditional perioperative intervention.Results There was no significant difference in the average operation time and intraoperative bleeding between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The first time of anal exhaust after operation,postoperative analgesia score,hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS is effective in total hysterectomy.
