集束化疼痛管理在老年骨折患者中的应用

Application of Cluster Pain Management in Elderly Fractures

目的集束化疼痛管理在老年骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年5月—2018年7月我院收治的老年骨折患者92例作为研究对象,采用国际随机数字表法,将患者分为两组,即观察组(n=46)与对照组(n=46)。对照组给予常规疼痛管理,观察组则给予集束化疼痛管理。结果观察组患者干预后的VAS评分低于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者的住院治疗时间(7.83±2.35)d,比对照组的(10.62±2.78)d更短,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度(95.65%)高于对照组(73.91%),组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对老年骨折患者实施集束化疼痛管理,能够有效缓解患者的疼痛程度,从而促进患者骨折快速康复,提高患者的临床护理满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of pain cluster pain management in elderly patients with fracture.Methods 92 elderly patients with fracture admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into two groups:observation group(n=46)and control group(n=46).The control group was given routine pain management,while the observation group was given cluster pain management.Results The VAS score of the patients in the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group was(7.83±2.35)days,which was shorter than that of the control group(10.62±2.78)days.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group(95.65%)was higher than that of the control group(73.91%).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster pain management for elderly patients with fracture can effectively alleviate the degree of pain,thus promoting the rapid recovery of fracture patients and improving the satisfaction of clinical nursing.
