加速康复外科理念在肺癌围术期护理中的应用

Application of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery Concept in Perioperative Nursing of Lung Cancer

目的分析加速康复外科理念在肺癌围术期护理过程中的应用可行性。方法选择我院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的220例肺癌患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各110例。所有患者均行肺叶切除手术,对照组行常规护理模式,观察组融合加速康复外科理念,针对性地采取有效的护理方案。护理后,根据两组患者术后并发症的情况来分析护理有效性。结果观察组的术后6小时、12小时、24小时的疼痛评分低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率为7.3%,对照组的术后并发症发生率为26.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在肺癌围术期护理中融入快速康复外科理念可以显著降低患者术后并发症的发生率,减轻患者的术后疼痛,缩短住院时间。

Objective To analyze the feasibility of the rapid convalescence concept in the perioperative nursing of lung cancer.Methods 220 patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,110 cases in each group.All patients underwent lobectomy.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group fused the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery and adopted effective nursing programs.After nursing,the effectiveness of nursing was analyzed according to the complications of the two groups.Results The pain score of 6,12 and 24 hours after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 7.3%in the observation group and 26.4%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrating the concept of rapid recovery housing into perioperative care for lung cancer can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,reduce postoperative pain,and shorten the length of hospitalization.
