Routine nursing was given to the control group and humanistic nursing was given to the research group. The tension, fear, pain, intubation coordination, success rate of intubation and nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results In the study group, the tension level(grade Ⅰ accounted for 66.00%, grade Ⅱ accounted for 28.00%, grade Ⅲ accounted for 6.00%), fear level(grade Ⅰ accounted for 64.00%, grade Ⅱ accounted for 30.00%, grade Ⅲ accounted for 6.00%), pain level(mild pain accounted for 44.00%, mild pain accounted for 50.00%, severe pain accounted for 4.00%, severe pain accounted for 2.00%.) were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The intubation coordination(96.00%), success rate(98.00%) and nursing satisfaction(98.00%) in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).
