安宁疗护对提高晚期肺癌患者生活质量的效果

The Effect of Tranquilizing Therapy and Nursing on Improving the Quality of Life of Patients With Advanced Lung Cancer

目的观察安宁疗护对提高晚期肺癌患者生活质量的效果。方法选取我院2017年7月—2018年7月收治的64例晚期肺癌患者为本次研究对象。按照是否给予安宁疗护,将所有患者分为对照组(32例:常规护理)与实验组(32例:安宁疗护),比较两组患者护理干预效果。结果实验组护理干预1周、4周、8周后家属应激表(RSS)得分均低于同期的对照组得分,组间各数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组患者护理干预1周、4周、8周后卡氏评分同期均高于同期的对照组得分,组间各数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚期肺癌患者安宁疗护可在一定程度上降低患者家属、患者心理应激反应,提升患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of tranquilizing therapy and nursing on improving the quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods 64 patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.All patients were divided into control group(32 cases:routine nursing)and experimental group(32 cases:tranquil nursing).The effect of nursing intervention was compared between the two groups.Results After 1,4 and 8 weeks of nursing intervention,the RSS scores of family members in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group in the same period,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The Karl's score of the experimental group after 1,4 and 8 weeks of nursing intervention was higher than that of the control group at the same time,and there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Tranquility therapy and nursing can reduce the psychological stress reaction of patients'family members and patients to a certain extent,and improve the quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer.
