现代发酵技术在中草药饲料添加剂中的应用

Application of Modern Fermentation Technology in Chinese Medicine Research

近年来,随着生物科学技术的不断发展,越来越多的先进技术被广泛运用于各个领域,其中现代生物发酵技术具有经济、快捷、污染低和可循环率高的特点,给传统饲料添加剂行业带来新的发展模式。许多微生物被证实具有强大的分解转化能力,并可通过一系列的自身代谢异生出各种具有生物活性的产物。传统的中草药发酵主要是采用自然发酵的方法,而现代中草药发酵技术主要是选择性地选取一种或几种益生菌通过生物嫁接的方式,在体外模拟出机体肠道中中草药成分在体内消化分解的过程,对待提取的药物选择性地进行生物转化和提取,将药物中原本不利于机体吸收的大分子物质变为易被肠道利用的活性小分子,达到对中草药快速分解吸收和充分利用的新型医药技术。文章从现代发酵技术的分类和优势进行阐述,总结了其在中草药草中的应用。

In recent years, with the continuous development of biotechnology, more and more advanced technologies have been widely used in various fields. Among them, modern biotechnology had the characteristics of economy, rapidity, low pollution and high recyclability, which has brought a new development model to the traditional feed additive production industry. Many microorganisms have been proved to have strong decomposition and transformation ability, and can produce various bioactive products through a series of self-metabolism. Traditional Chinese medicine fermentation mainly adopts the method of natural fermentation, while modern Chinese medicine fermentation technology mainly chooses one or several probiotics selectively to simulate the process of digestion and decomposition of Chinese medicine components in intestinal tract of human body in vitro through biological grafting, and selectively transforms the extracted drugs into organisms. And extract, change the macromolecule substance which was not conducive to body absorption into active small molecule which was easy to be used by intestine, so as to achieve the new medical technology of fast decomposition, absorption and full utilization of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper reviewed the classification and advantages of modem fermentation technology, and its application in Chinese medicine feed additive.
