Exploration and Practice of Controlling Capital from the Perspective of Marxist Theory

社会主义初级阶段的基本国情决定了资本仍是社会生产的核心要素。资本的二重性使其表现为两面性特征。利用资本,驾驭资本,避免资本的负面作用,引导其服务社会服务人民,是新时代中国特色社会主义必然面临的重要理论和现实课题。社会主义实践中对待资本有着不同的态度和利用方法,苏维埃俄国的新经济政策和我国的新民主主义经济政策,都是一定历史时期利用和驾驭资本的典型经验。从社会发展规律看,驾驭资本需要把握的理论要点是要以过渡时期的判断为依据、要坚持无产阶级领导权、要坚持基本经济制度、以实现共同富裕为目标。

The basic national conditions of the primary stage of socialism determines that capital is still the core element of social production.The duality of capital making it manifest as a two-sided character.Using capital,harnessing capital,avoiding the negative effects of capital,and guiding them to serve the society and serve people are important theoretical and practical issues for socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.There are different attitudes and methods of using capital in the practice of socialism in various countries.The new economic policy of Soviet Russia and China's new democratic economic policy are typical experiences and useful explorations of using and controlling capital in a certain historical period.From the perspective of the law of social development,the theoretical point that needs to be grasped by controlling capital is to rely on the judgment of the transitional period,to uphold the leadership of the proletariat,to adhere to the basic economic system of socialism,and to achieve common prosperity.
