On the Political Function of the Intra-Party Inspection System in the New Era

十八大以来,巡视制度作为党内监督的战略性制度安排、作为全面从严治党的重要抓手,对净化党内政治生态做出了重大贡献。新时代,中国共产党以新的功能定位巡视,以新的高度认识巡视,以新的重点规定巡视,以新的方法推进巡视。巡视制度的举荐功能、革新功能、震慑功能、凝聚功能等得到充分彰显。

Since the 18th CPC National congress, the inspection system, as strategy in stitutional arrangement for intra-party supervision and important starting point for the overall strict governance of the party, has made great contributions to the purification of the political ecology within the party. In the new era,the communist party of China(CPC)conducts patrol with new functions,retreats from inspection with new understanding,stipulates patrol with new priorties,and promotes patrol with new methods.The recommendation function,innovation functin shock and owe function and cohesion function of the inspection system have been fully demonstrated.
