中国古代丝绸之路的概念、特点及其对“一带一路”建设的启示

古代丝绸之路的形成和发展,是中华民族主体性内生出文明凝聚力和向心力并不断外溢,引发古代东亚地缘政治格局重构的过程,其具有历史背景的复杂性;形成之初的历史无意识性;内涵的扩大化与多样化、发展过程的主动性与波动性等特点。立足于中国视角,对古代丝绸之路的概念、特点进行考察,总结中国古代社会处理改革、发展与开放三者关系的经验教训,能够为人们在新时代中国特色社会主义条件下推进"一带一路"建设提供重要启示:必须妥善处理改革、发展与开放三者的辩证关系,坚持、加强和改善党的领导,促使中国特色社会主义在道路、理论体系、制度、文化等方面形成社会系统性合力。

The formation and development of the ancient Silk Road, was the product of the Chinese nation in the birth of civilization cohesion and centripetal force in continuing to overflow and causing the ancient East Asian Geopolitical Pattern Reconstruction, which has the complexity historical background.It is of the unconsciousness of history at the beginning of the formation;and its characteristics are the expansion and diversification of the connotation, the characteristics of initiative and volatility in the process of development. Based on the perspective of China, to review the concept and characteristics of the ancient Silk Road, and summarize the experience and lessons of the three relations among ancient Chinese society′ reform, development and opening up, it can provide inspiration for People advancing “The Belt and Road” construction in the condition of Socialist Chinese Characteristics under the New Era: we must properly handle the dialectical relationship between the three aspects of reform, development and opening up, adhere to, strengthen and improve the leadership of the party, and push the socialism with Chinese characteristics to form a systematic social force in the road, theoretical system, system and culture.
