供给侧改革背景下我国城市马拉松发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Urban Marathon in China under the Background of Supply-side Reform

近年来,城市马拉松成为全民"时尚运动",赛事数量和参与人数呈现几何式增长态势,文章基于经济学、社会学、文化学等视角,认为城市马拉松火爆有其时代背景、经济基础、人文精神和文化积淀等方面原因,具体表现为:国家经济高速发展为其提供基础,国家政策提供保障,大众健身意识觉醒提供动力,项目自身特点是根本,并是城市营销的有效载体,是国人体育文化自信的宣示与表达的时代诉求。当下,我国城市马拉松赛事存在同质化现象、爆发式增长与粗放型经营并存、赛事定位模糊、人文关怀缺失等一系列问题,问题的症结集中于赛事"供"与"需"的错位。文章基于供给侧结构改革的时代背景下,指出城市马拉松项目发展路径:注重内涵发展,走创新发展之路;政府"搭台",群众"唱戏",企业"助力",走可持续发展之路;践行绿色发展,走生态文明之路;注重监管和评价,走规范化道路。

In recent years,the urban marathon has become the national"fashion movement",and the number of events and the participants presented geometric growth.This paper based on the perspectives of economics,sociology and culture,figured out that the popularity of urban marathon has its historical background,economic foundation,humanistic spirit and cultural accumulation.Therefore,this paper has drawn the following conclusions:The urban marathon is hot because the rapid development of national economy provides the basis for it.Also National policy provides security and mass fitness awareness provides motivation.The project itself is the basic,and it can be urban marketing effective carrier,as well as the declaration and expression of Chinese sports culture confidence.Through the review of the city marathon in China,the following problems are obtained:the homogenization phenomenon is serious,the explosive growth and extensive operation coexist,the competition is ambiguous,and the humanistic care is missing.Under the background of supply-side structural reform,the development path of urban marathon project is to pay attention to connotation development and follow the path of innovation and development.Under the circumstance of which the government"build the platform",the masses"sing the opera"and the enterprise"do the help",urban marathon can take the road of sustainable development,practice green development and follow the path of ecological civilization.Also,it can focus on monitoring and evaluation,as well as follow standardized road.
