秦皇岛市环境空气质量状况及污染防治对策 被引量:5

摘要 2015—2017年秦皇岛市环境空气质量有所好转,SO_2、CO、PM_(10)和PM_(2.5)污染程度呈现下降趋势,NO_2和O_3污染程度呈现上升趋势,主要污染物为PM_(10)和PM_(2.5)。秦皇岛市大气污染的主要因素有工业废气、机动车尾气、扬尘和燃煤等,是典型的复合型污染。建议通过加强工业污染源治理、强化机动车尾气治理、推进扬尘治理、加强燃煤锅炉治理、推广清洁能源、完善大气预警应急体系等污染防治对策来改善秦皇岛市环境空气质量。 The environmental air quality of Qinhuangdao City was improved during 2015-2017.The pollution levels of SO2,CO,PM10 and PM2.5 showed a downward trend,and the pollution levels of NO2 and O3 showed an upward trend.The main pollutants were PM10 and PM2.5.The main factors causing air pollution in Qinhuangdao city were industrial emissions,vehicle exhaust,dust and coal burning,which were typical compound pollution.This article suggested to improve the air quality of Qinhuangdao by strengthening industrial pollution source control,strengthening vehicle exhaust treatment,promoting dust control,strengthening coal-fired treatment,promoting clean energy and improving air early warning and emergency response system.
