教育公平视野下地方普通本科高校的转型发展

Transformation and Development of Local Undergraduate Universities from the Perspective of Educational Equity

高校及其人才培养的等级结构内在于社会分层结构,地方普通本科高校应用型转型发展不能效力于固化社会分层结构,而要致力于改变这种结构。"应用型"不能只是培养学生的实用技能,只是"讲求实用",还应有"经世致用"的内涵。应用型转型发展要兼容并蓄,要做加法而不是减法。

The hierarchical structure of universities and their talents training lies in the social stratification structure.The applied transformation development of local ordinary universities can not be effective in solidifying the social stratification structure,but must devote itself to change this structure."Applied"can not only cultivate students practical skills,but also have the connotation of"applying to the world".Applied transformation development should be compatibility,adding rather than subtracting.
