Many peace museums of all sizes in the world have been established so far. China also attaches growing importance to this and starts to set up peace museums, one of which is John Rabe Memorial. Taking John Rabe Memorial as an example, this article elaborates the construction of international peace museums to highlight the significance of John Rabe Memorial in recording history and promoting peace from three aspects: peace archives, window of peace and peace education. Only by drawing lessons from history and facing up to the future can the path towards hopeful peace be built.
