研究生教育是我国教育结构中最高层次的教育,为社会培养和输送具有创新精神、实践能力和科研潜力的高水平人才。因此,研究生的学术诚信直接影响高校学术诚信制度的建立,也对我国未来科研诚信体系的建设具有巨大的影响^([1])。近年,当政务诚信、商务诚信、社会诚信,尤其是学术诚信成为当前我国社会的焦点问题时,社会各界已对学术诚信高度重视,通过制度建设、系统维护等各种手段预防和处理学术不端行为。高校建立研究生学术诚信档案,有助于建立和完善我国高校学术诚信体系,标本兼治地预防与治理学术不端行为,提升研究生整体教育质量^([2])。

Postgraduate education is the highest level of education in China's educational structure. It cultivates and transports talents with innovative spirit, practical capability and scientific research potential to the society. Academic integrity of postgraduates has a direct impact on both the academic integrity system of universities and the future construction of scientific research integrity system of China. In recent years, government integrity, business integrity and social integrity, especially academic integrity, have become the hot issues of the society, and all circles of society have attached great importance to academic integrity and developed various means such as regulations formulation and system maintenance to prevent and deal with academic misconducts. Through the establishment of academic integrity archives of postgraduates, colleges and universities can construct and improve academic integrity archives, prevent and manage academic misconducts, and improve the overall education quality of postgraduates.
