科研院所设备档案管理及利用的几点思考

Some thoughts on the Management and Utilization of Equipment archives in Scientific Research Institutes

我们正处在信息高速传递的时代,档案工作已经日益成为各项工作的基础和支撑,而科研院所中档案信息资源的开发利用程度更是直接或间接的影响着项目的申报、预算与执行、验收等,对科研经费的申请、规范使用及管理具有重要的意义。文章通过对科研院所设备档案管理及信息资源的开发利用工作过程进行总结,提出设备档案信息资源开发利用中的重点及潜在效益,从而推动科研院所档案信息资源开发利用工作结构的优化,提高质量。

We are in the era of high-speed transmission of information, archival work is increasingly becoming the foundation and support of each work, and the degree of archival information of scientific research institutes' exploitation and utilization of resources will directly and indirectly influence the project declaration, budget, implementation and acceptance, there is great significance for the application, standardized use and management of scientific research funds. In this thesis, by summing in process of scientific research institutes' archival management and the exploration and utilization on information resources, puts forward the key points and potential benefits in the exploration and utilization of equipment archival information resources, thus promoting the optimization of work structure and improving the quality of the exploration and utilization of archival information resources in scientific research institutes.
