桃果皮茸毛性状IndelG标记基因分型与应用 被引量:5

摘要 为实现高效分子标记对育种资源的辅助选择,通过对现有的与桃果皮茸毛相关的5对分子标记进行对比研究,发现IndelG分子标记与桃有毛/无毛表型的符合率最高,为100%。根据IndelG分子标记条带类型,将107份桃种质资源果皮茸毛性状分为PP(941941)型、nn(197197)型和Pn(941197)型3种基因型,基因型与表型符合率为100%。IndelG分子标记应用于桃有毛/无毛性状杂交群体的子代鉴定,基因型的分离规律符合孟德尔遗传规律,基因型与其表型符合率为100%。 Five molecular markers of peel fuzz trait were gathered and screened in order to obtaining efficient molecular markers for realizing germplasm resources marker-assisted selection. 107 peach germplasms were selected as test materials to detect the availability of molecular markers of China peach resources. The results showed that the highest explanation for peach/nectarine phenotypes was 100% by using IndelG molecular marker. According to the IndelG molecular marker bands could be divided into three genotypes,including P丨P (941丨941),n丨n (197丨197) and P丨n (941丨197). IndelG molecular marker was also used to verify the correlation between the phenotype and banding patterns of IndelG marker by using the hybrids as materials. The results indicated that the correlation between the phenotype of hybrids and banding patterns of IndelG markers was 100%.
