南通市社区文化建设的现状及其发展研究

Research on the Current Situation and Development of Community Culture Construction in Nantong City

通过分析南通市社区文化建设制度保障、管理机制、资金筹集、基础设施、牵头机构、专业队伍、参与主体、宣传平台、活动内容与评价体系等方面的现状,并分析其不足,提出了加强制度建设、健全管理机制、丰富资金来源、善用基础设施、培育牵头机构、提质专业队伍、扩大参与主体、升级宣传平台、创新活动内容、完善评价体系等对策。

This paper describes the current situation of Nantong's community culture construction in terms of system guarantee,management mechanism,fund raising,infrastructure,leading institutions,professional teams,participants,publicity platforms,activities and evaluation system,and analyses its shortcomings.Some countermeasures are put forward,such as strengthening system construction,improving management mechanism,enriching fund sources,making good use of infrastructure,cultivating leading institutions,upgrading professional teams,expanding participants,upgrading publicity platforms,innovating activities and improving evaluation system.
