摘要
提出了一种无翼喷气悬浮子弹药,分别利用ANASY ICEM CFD和FLUENT对子弹药喷管流场进行了建模和流场仿真。通过对其动力学特性的研究,得到了影响其悬浮能力的相关因子,解得了工作压强、喷管尺寸等参数与推力的关系,给出了推进剂参数应该满足的条件,证明了该技术的可行性。
A kind of wingless jet suspended bullet was designed. The ANASY ICEM CFD and FLUENT were used to model the nozzle flow field and simulate the flow field. The principle of nozzle propulsion and propellant combustion process were analyzed and summarized. By studying its dynamic characteristics, the related factors that can affect its levitation capacity were obtained. These were calculated and compared by setting different initial conditions. The relationship between working pressure, nozzle size and thrust was solved, the conditions that the propellant parameters should meet were given, and the feasibility of the technology was proved. The results of this paper were of reference value for the further research on the wingless jet suspended bullet.
