摘要 对封闭空间内的偏二甲肼与四氧化二氮推进剂泄漏扩散情况进行了数值模拟,扩散中考虑了推进剂间的化学反应,得到了封闭空间中推进剂泄漏的扩散规律。对比分析了3种通风速率、泄漏源相对位置、通风设施布局对于扩散排污的影响。结果表明:通风速率越大,相同时间内推进剂扩散距离越远,通风设施排污效果越好;泄漏源相对位置对于扩散影响较小;在增设排风口的条件下,推进剂扩散区域有所减小,推进剂和高温气体均被有效地排出。 Leakage and diffusion of UDMH and NTO propellant in enclosed space was investigated based on numerical simulation. The chemical reaction between the propellants was considered in the diffusion. The diffusion law of propellant leakage in enclosed space was obtained. The influence of 3 kinds of ventilation rate, relative location of leakage source and layout of ventilation facilities on diffusion emission were studied in order to optimize the design of ventilation. The results show that the larger the ventilation rate is, The farther the propellant dispersal distance is, and the better the blowdown effect is;The relative position of the leakage source has little influence on the diffusion;The propellant diffusion is inhibited to a certain extent when the outlet is added, and the propellant and high temperature gas are effectively discharged.
