胆囊癌的手术治疗管理联合多柔比星治疗的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Surgical Management Combined with Doxorubicin in the Treatment of Gallbladder Carcinoma

目的探究胆囊癌的手术治疗管理联合多柔比星治疗的效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的140例胆囊癌患者,按数字表法随机分为对照组(70例)和观察组(70例)。对照组患者在手术的基础上加强管理,观察组患者在手术联合多柔比星治疗的基础上加强管理。比较两组患者的治疗有效率、生活质量以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑抑郁评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组患者社会功能、躯体功能、角色功能以及认知功能评分与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者生活质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术治疗管理联合多柔比星治疗胆囊癌的效果更佳,可显著改善患者生活质量,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of surgical management of gallbladder cancer combined with doxorubicin and its effect on the quality of life of the patients. Methods The selected 140 patients with gallbladder cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (n=70) and observation group (n=70). The control group got surgery and patients management. The observation group got doxorubicin therapy in addition to the treatment of control group. Observe the treatment efficiency,quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions. Results The effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of patients was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The observation group got lower scores in anxiety and depression than the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment,there were no differences in social function,physical function,role function and cognitive function between the two groups (P>0.05). But after treatment,patients in the observation group got higher scores in social function,physical function,role function,cognitive function than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Surgical management combined with doxorubicin had better efficiency in the treatment of gallbladder cancer. Such treatment could significantly improve the quality of life of patients. So it is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
