心理干预与健康宣教在老年头面部皮肤癌根治术围术期中的作用及临床意义

Application of Psychological Intervention and Health Education in Perioperative Nursing Care of Elderly Patients with Radical Surgery for Head and Face Skin Cancer

目的探讨心理干预与健康宣教在高龄老年头面部皮肤癌根治术围术期护理中的应用效果及其临床意义。方法选取在我院接受头面部皮肤癌根治术的高龄老年头面部皮肤癌患者116例作为研究对象,根据其自愿选择护理方式的不同分为对照组(58例)和观察组(58例),对照组患者行常规围术期护理干预,观察组在常规围术期护理干预的基础上给予心理干预与健康宣教,观察两组患者的术后焦虑、抑郁评分、疼痛评分、睡眠质量、并发症发生状况与患者的护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者术后焦虑、抑郁评分、疼痛评分显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者睡眠质量显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组,满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期心理干预与健康宣教可有效改善老年头面部皮肤癌患者精神状况与生活质量,且减少并发症的发生。

Objective To discuss and analyze the application and clinical value of psychological intervention and health education in perioperative nursing care of elderly patients undergoing radical surgery for head and face skin cancer. Methods A total of 116 cases of elderly patients with radical surgery for head and face skin cancer in our hospital were divided into control group (50 cases) and observation group (50 cases) according to their wills. Patients in control group were treated with routine perioperative nursing intervention, and those in observation group got psychological intervention and health education on the base of routine perioperative nursing intervention. Observe the postoperative anxiety, depression score, pain score, sleep quality, complications and satisfaction of the patients in the two groups. Results The scores of postoperative anxiety, depression and pain of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The sleep quality of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the rate of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group. Patients in observation group had higher satisfaction degree than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative psychological intervention and health education could improve the mental status and quality of life and reduce the complication rate of elderly patients with head and face skin cancer.
