Effect of WeChat Mutual Help Group on ^(131)I Treatment Compliance and Quality of Life of Thyroid Cancer Patients

目的探讨微信互助小组对甲状腺癌患者行^(131)I治疗期间的治疗依从性与生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年8月—2017年12月我院行^(131)I治疗的甲状腺癌患者103例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(52例)和对照组(51例)。对照组进行规范治疗和常规护理,观察组在此基础上建立甲状腺癌患友微信群,进行网络日常交流互助。比较两组患者治疗后出院当天的治疗依从性、生活质量以及抑郁自评量表(SDS),并比较两组入院6天后核素排放情况。结果治疗后观察组患者生活质量各单项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时观察组的抑郁评分降低程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的生活习惯依从性、服药习惯依从性在出院时均优于对照组。同时,观察组患者住院6d时的核素排放达标率达到96.15%,高于对照组的88.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信互助小组可提高患者治疗依从性,改善其生存质量,提高核素排放达标率,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of WeChat mutual help group on treatment compliance and quality of life during ^131I treatment of patients with thyroid cancer. Methods 103 patients with thyroid cancer who were treated with ^131I in our hospital from August 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled in the observation group (52 cases) and the control group (51 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with standard treatment and routine care. On the basis of this, a WeChat group was established for thyroid cancer patients in the observation group to conduct daily communication and mutual assistance. Treatment compliance, quality of life and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were compared between the two groups on the day of discharge, and radionuclide emissions were compared between the two groups after six days of admission. Results The individual quality scores of the quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group on the day of discharge with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). At the same time, the depression score of the control group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The lifestyle and medication habit compliance of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The compliance rate of radionuclide discharge in the observation group was 96.15% at 6 days after hospitalization, which was higher than that of the control group (88.23%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of WeChat mutual help group can enhance the patient’s treatment compliance, improve the patient’s quality of life, and increase the rate of radio nuclide emission. It is worthy of popularization and application.
