阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗老年冠心病的临床研究

Clinical study on Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel in elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗老年冠心病的临床疗效。方法从本院2016年8月至2017年10月收治的老年冠心病患者中选取86例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组与治疗组,对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用氯吡格雷治疗,观察两组临床疗效、凝血功能指标及不良反应发生率。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组凝血功能指标TT、APTT比较差异无统计学意义,治疗组FIB水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率经比较,差异无统计学意义。结论在老年冠心病患者治疗中联合应用阿司匹林与氯吡格雷可取得显著临床疗效,并能够改善患者凝血功能,安全性高,可作为临床治疗老年冠心病的首选。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty-six patients with coronary heart disease who had been admitted to the Hospital between August 2016 and October 2017 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table, these patients were divided into a control group and atreatment group: the patients treated with Aspirin only were taken as the control group, and those who had been given Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel for treatment as the treatment group. The clinical efficacy, coagulation function index and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results There was significant difference in the total rate of effective treatment between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the coagulation function indexes of TT and APTT between the two groups. The FIB level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusion For elderly patients with coronary heart disease, the combination of Aspirin and Clopidogrel is with high safety, which can achieve significant clinical efficacy and improve their coagulation function;therefore, it can be used as the first choice for the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.
