摘要
IgA肾病(Immunoglobulin A nephropathy,IgAN)是世界上最为常见的肾小球疾病。目前,肾组织活检是诊断IgA肾病的金标准。因此,需要更简单有效的检测方法,诊断病人患病情况和发病风险。本文基于全基因组相关分析,以及IgA肾病患者血、尿中特定的生物标志,以期对IgA肾病的诊断和治疗效果评估提供参考。
IgA nephropathy (IgAN) is the most frequent glomerular disease in the world. Renal biopsy is the gold standard for the diagnosis until now. Therefore, more convenient and effective manner are needed for the noninvasive diagnosis of this disease. This review is based on the Genomewide association study (GWAS) and the specific biomarkers in the serum and urinary of IgAN patients, to discuss the diagnosis and treatment evaluation of IgA nephropathy.
