传统文化视野下青少年积极心理品质与心理健康状况的关系研究

On the Relationship between Adolescents' Positive Psychological Characters and Mental Health under the Perspective of Traditional Culture

以湖南省娄底市1673例城乡结合部在校青少年为被试,采用基于中国传统文化的《积极心理品质量表》和《青少年心理健康量表》(均为正向计分),运用相关分析和多元逐步回归分析方法,探索城乡结合部青少年积极心理品质与心理健康状况的关系。结果发现:青少年心理健康状况及积极心理品质总体较好,但10%以上心理健康总体水平或积极心理品质的部分维度水平偏低;两者总体或部分维度在性别、年龄、是否留守儿童这三项人口学变量上均存在一定显著性差异;积极心理品质各维度与心理健康状况各不同维度之间多呈显著的正相关;青少年积极心理品质对心理健康水平总体具有显著的正向预测作用;廉忠、创造力等不同维度积极心理品质对学习、人际关系、社会适应等多个心理健康维度也具有显著的正向预测作用。因此,政府有必要大力倡导基于传统文化的积极心理健康教育,有针对性地培养青少年特别是农村留守儿童的积极心理品质,以利于促进其心理健康水平的提高。

The study,based on a survey of 1673 urban-rural adolescents in schools from Loudi City,Hunan Province with the positive psychological quality scale based on Chinese traditional culture and the adolescent mental health scale(both are positive scores),as well as correlation analysis and multivariate regression analysis,explores the relationship between positive psychological quality and mental health status of adolescents in urban-rural areas.The following results are obtained:the mental health status and positive psychological quality of adolescents are generally good,but there are more than 10%of adolescents with low level of some dimensions of positive psychological quality;there are certain significant differences in the demographic variables of gender,age,and whether children are left behind;there were significant positive correlations between positive psychological quality and mental health;positive psychological quality of adolescents has significant positive predictive effect on mental health level in general,and the positive psychological qualities of different dimensions,such as integrity,loyalty and creativity,also have significant positive predictors for learning,interpersonal relationships and social adaptation,etc.The study concludes that it is necessary to vigorously advocate positive mental health education based on traditional culture,and to cultivate the positive psychological quality of young people,especially those left behind in rural areas,and these measures are conducive to promoting the improvement of their mental health level.
