我国电子竞技项目发展战略的SWOT分析

SWOT analysis of E-sports development strategy in China

运用SWOT分析法,结合我国电子竞技项目发展的内外部环境,对我国电子竞技项目内部优势、劣势、外部机遇、挑战进行分析。我国电子竞技项目内部优势为项目包容性强,场地器材易获取,用户规模庞大;内部劣势为影响青少年健康,选材保障体制不完善,群体形象不佳;外部机遇为走上主流体育舞台,产业环境向好,人才培养体系逐步完善;外部挑战为社会认同度不高,管理体制不健全,理论研究不完善。应采取项目融合、动态电竞、政策开发、反哺社会四种发展战略,为我国电子竞技项目的发展提供战略参考。

SWOTanalysismethodis used to analyze the internal advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities and challenges of E-sports combined withits internal and external environment in China.It is concluded that the internal advantages of China's E-sports projects are strong project inclusiveness,easy access to venues and equipment,with large scale of users;the internal disadvantages are the effect on the health of young people,imperfect material selection guarantee system and poor group image;the external opportunities are to step onto the mainstream sports stage,improve the industrial environment,and gradually develop the talent training system;The external challenges are low social identification,imperfect management system and imperfect theoretical research.Four development strategies-project integration,dynamic e-sports,policy development and feeding back the society,should be adopted to provide strategic reference for the development of E-sports in China.
