基于层次分析法的高水平运动员心理韧性评价研究

Evaluation of psychological resilience of high level athletes based on analytic hierarchy process

运用层次分析法对运动员的心理韧性评价进行探讨,提出运动员心理韧性的34个评价因子,建立了优秀运动员心理韧性评价的目标层次结构模型,提出运动员心理韧性评价体系中各基本指标的等级划分标准。通过对4名国家一级运动员进行测试,运用所建立的评价体系对其进行评价,其结果与运动员自评、教练员评价和队友评价描述一致,验证了评价体系和评价方法的可靠性和合理性。

The relationship between psychological resilience and competitive sports is very close,which can reflect the psychological state and psychological growth process of athletes.The evaluation of psychological resilience is an important part of athlete's psychological ability,and it can promote the positive growth and long-term development of athletes.At present,there are mainly two kinds of methods to evaluate the psychological resilience of athletes:quantitative and qualitative research.The two methods respectively have advantages and disadvantages.This paper,synthesized with these two methods,discussed the evaluation of psychological resilience for high level athletes based on analytic hierarchy process.The evaluation system was classified into six parts and 34 influence factors were chosen from different parts and a layer structural model with four indicator layers was built based on the analytic hierarchy process and the comprehensive index system.Through the test of 4 national first class athletes,the evaluation system was used to evaluate the psychological resilience for athletes.The evaluation results were consistent with the self-assessment of athletes and opinions of coaches and teammates,which verifies the reliability and rationality of the evaluation system and evaluation method.The study can provide reference for the psychological resilience evaluation of athlete.
