通过文献资料、录像分析、数理统计等研究方法,对2016年欧洲足球锦标赛冠军葡萄牙队的比赛阵型、换人特征、进攻特征和防守特征等方面进行统计与分析。葡萄牙队进攻根据实际情况采用控制球的打法和直接式打法,主要采用短传渗透和长传转移相结合的进攻手段;防守时,采取人盯人战术,前锋队员在前场积极逼抢并适时撤回协同防守;防守弱点是盯人不紧。

It is helpful to study the tactical characteristics of attack and defense in the developed countries in Europe.It can help us to understand the characteristics,trends and grasp the rules of world football,and provide reference for guiding our training and competition.Through the methods of literature review,video analysis,and mathematical statistics,a statistical analysis was made on the 2016 European Football Championship winner Portugal team,including its formation,substitution characteristics,offensive characteristics and defensive features.It is concluded that the Portuguese team attack by using the control of the ball play and direct play according to the actual situation,mainly using the combination of short pass penetration and long transfer offensive means;when defense,they take man-to-man tactics,striker team in the front row positive closing down and timely withdrawal of synergistic defense;defensive weakness is that the marking is not tight.
