腺泡状软组织肉瘤三例磁共振成像表现与文献复习

MRI findings of 3 cases with alveolar soft-part sarcoma and literature review

目的探讨腺泡状软组织肉瘤的MRI表现及组织病理学特点,提高对本病的认识和诊断。方法3例术后病理学证实的腺泡状软组织肉瘤,分析其临床资料及MRI信号特征。结果 3例腺泡状软组织肉瘤分别发生于臀部、股部及腹壁,病史均较长,其中1例诊断时已发生肺部弥漫性转移。3例肿瘤MRI信号均欠均匀,病灶边缘及周围均见"血管流空"信号影,增强扫描瘤体呈持续性明显强化。结论腺泡状软组织肉瘤MRI表现能提供相对特征性的信息,肿块内部及周围见到迂曲"血管流空"影,能对诊断提供有效的信息。

Objective To investigate the MRI findings and histopathological features of alveolar soft tissue sarcoma in order to improve the diagnosis of this disease.Methods These patients with pathologically-proved alveolar soft tissue sarcoma,who were in authors′hospital during the period from 2009 to 2012,were enrolled in this study.The clinical data,the MRI findings and pathological results were analyzed.Results The lesions were separately located at the hips,thigh and the abdominal wall.Pulmonary metastasis was noted in one patient when the diagnosis was made.On MRI,the lesion exhibited inhomogeneous signal with"signal flow void"sign being.Moderate to strong enhancement of the lesion was displayed on contrast-enhanced scans.Conclusion The alveolar soft tissue sarcoma has characteristics MRI findings.MRI can provide some useful signs to help make the diagnosis,such as"signal flow voids"sign within the mass.
