Analysis of Stakeholders and Interests for Medical Service Information Disclosure

医疗服务信息披露日益受到重视,本文利用利益相关集团分析方法对公立医院医疗服务信息披露规制进行分析,发现政府、公立医院、社会大众及医疗保险机构是主要的利益集团,其大部分持支持态度。信息披露的决策者应该关注重要的利益相关集团,在政策允许的范围内,细分披露的内容、创新披露渠道,进一步推进公立医院医疗服务信息披露规制工作的顺利实施。

The disclosure of medical service information has been paid more and more attention.This paper analyzed the information disclosure regulation of public hospital medical services by stakeholder analysis.We found that the government,public hospitals,the public,and medical insurance institutions were the main stakeholder.Most of them supported the disclosure of medical service information.The decision-makers of information disclosure should pay attention to important stakeholder groups.Within the scope permitted by the policy,decision-makers should specify the disclosure content,innovative disclosure methods,in order to further promote the implementation of the information disclosure regulation of public hospital medical services.
