迷你临床演习评估在新入职护士规范化培训中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise in Standardized Training of New Induction Nurses

目的探讨mini-CEX在急诊和ICU新入职护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月至2017年10月在温州市三级甲等医院急诊和ICU进行规范化培训的60名新入职护士为研究对象。2017年6月至2017年10月进行规范化培训的30名新入职护士为试验组,采用mini-CEX评估考核方式;2017年1月至2017年5月进行规范化培训的30名新入职护士为对照组,采用传统的技能培训考核方法。比较两组考核情况、护士对考核方法的满意度及患者的满意度。结果试验组新入职护士培训考核平均分数高于对照组,试验组新入职护士对考核方式的满意度及患者对新入职护士的满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论 mini-CEX评估考核方式有助于提高护士的临床综合能力,也可以提高患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of Mini-clinical evaluation exercise(mini-CEX)in standardized training of new induction nurses in the emergency department and ICU.Methods A total of 60 new induction nurses from January 2017 to October 2017 who received standardized training in the emergency department and ICU of grade three hospitals in Wenzhou were selected as the research subjects.Among them,30 nurses who entered standardized training from June 2017 to October 2017 were selected as the experimental group,and another 30 nurses from January 2017 to May 2017 as the control group.Nurses in the experimental group received the mini-CEX evaluation method,while nurses in the control group received the conventional evaluation method.We then compared the evaluation status,nurses'satisfaction with the evaluation method,and patients'satisfaction between the two groups.Results The average score of the training examination for new recruits in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The satisfaction of the new nurses in the experimental group with the evaluation methods and the satisfaction of the patients with the new nurses were higher than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Mini-CEX is helpful to improve the clinical general ability of nurses,and to improve the satisfaction of patients.
