炎症性肠病患者生活质量与疲乏的相关性研究

目的探讨炎症性肠病(IBD)患者生活质量与心理疲乏状况及两者之间的关系,为制定科学的临床干预措施提供依据。方法抽取炎症性肠病患者作为研究对象,采用一般调查量表、中文版炎症性肠病生活质量问卷和中文版多维度疲乏量表评估186例炎症性肠病患者生活质量和心理疲乏的状况并进行相关性分析。结果炎症性肠病患者生活质量与疲乏性呈负相关;多元线性回归分析中教育程度、居住在城市、医疗费用来源、疾病严重程度和疲乏是炎症性肠病患者生活质量的影响因素。结论炎症性肠病患者的生活质量与心理疲乏相关。医护工作者可通过帮助患者自我管理及有效的干预来促进患者身心健康,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the relationship between life quality and psychological fatigue in patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),to provide evidence for the development of scientific clinical interventions.Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to enroll IBD patients as study subjects.A total of 186 IBD patients were selected and investigated by the general information questionnaire,the Chinese version questionnaire of life quality in inflammatory bowel disease patients and the Chinese multi-dimensional fatigue scale.We then analyzed the correlation between life quality and psychological fatigue.Results We observed a negative correlation between life quality and fatigue in IBD patients.Multi-variate linear regression showed education level,residence,medical expense source,disease severity,and fatigue were influencing factors of the quality of life in IBD patients.Conclusion The quality of life in patients with IBD was related to psychological fatigue.Health care workers can promote patients'physical and mental health and improve their quality of life by helping them to manage themselves and effectively intervene.
